Abstract

This article systematically studies methods for increasing the efficiency of sales processes in grocery stores. In the modern retail environment, many retail enterprises are striving to simplify operational processes through automated systems - POS (Point of Sale) systems, real-time inventory monitoring, automatic ordering and electronic payment integrations. The results of the study show that automation not only increases the speed of service and customer satisfaction, but also significantly improves inventory accuracy, sales growth and employee efficiency. The article provides important recommendations on ways to optimize sales processes through modern technologies, their impact on efficiency and practical implementation.
