Abstract

The study analyzes practices for ensuring road traffic safety on urban arterial streets. Using digital technologies (GIS, ITS), methodologies for identifying hazardous zones and conducting real-time monitoring were developed. The results provide scientific and practical recommendations aimed at reducing road traffic accidents, managing traffic flows, and improving the efficiency of emergency services, with potential applications in urban infrastructure planning and transport logistics.
