The article analyzes the process and technological principles of
producing fabrics with mixed weaves on pneumatic looms. The arrangement of warp
and weft yarns, the insertion of weft yarn using an air flow, and the stages of fabric
formation are described. The results showed that fabric quality depends on air
pressure, weft insertion speed, warp tension, and weave density. The use of pneumatic
looms increases production efficiency and expands the possibilities of producing
fabrics with different structures.
