This article analyzes the assessment of the level of digitalization of
the transport sector and its impact on the efficiency of the transport and logistics
system. The processes of digitalization of the transport system were studied based on
the priority directions defined within the framework of the ―Digital Uzbekistan –
2030‖ strategy. The research employed methods of statistical analysis, time series
analysis, and economic-mathematical modeling. The dynamics of the population‘s
access to the Internet in the Khorezm region were analyzed, and its growth rate was
assessed using a linear trend model. In addition, a transport digitalization coefficient
was proposed. The results confirm that digitalization has a significant impact on
transport efficiency.
