This article presents radiant heating and air exchange systems to create a
microclimate in buildings in the cold season, reducing energy consumption for
heating buildings. It also determines the heat loss through the external wall, the
volume of air supplied to the rooms with thermal energy, and the annual energy
consumption. The heat mass exchange of public and residential buildings in the
winter depends on the operation of heating networks, the flow of cold air entering
through windows and cracks, and the amount of heat lost through the enclosing
