Abstract

This scientific article provides an in-depth analysis of the food product certification system in the Republic of Uzbekistan and its application in integration with HACCP principles. The importance of certification schemes in ensuring food safety, protecting consumer health, and producing competitive products for domestic and international markets is substantiated. The article scientifically explains the content, functions, and mechanisms of applying national regulatory documents, international standards (ISO, HACCP), and existing certification schemes. This work has scientific and practical significance and is aimed at improving modern certification mechanisms in the food industry, ensuring product safety, and increasing the competitiveness of Uzbek products in the global market.
